Global change:
All skills from a player's secondary profession are now "easily interrupted" ranger change: The undead lich is now tameable New NPC added: "the demonic loan shark" to kaineng center and lions arch, all players can now borrow upto 100 platinum but for every hour they owe money all enemy NPCs gain 1 level and appropriate attributes, bosses gain 2 levels per hour.
